As well as providing the cultist with magic, the patron will also randomly reward (or punish!) the cultist each time they increase in level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cultists can always cast spells from the <a href=\"Chaos%20Spells.html\">Chaos<\/a> realm and a second realm of their choice. They can choose which spell to research (at the library) each time they increase in level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cultists are terrible in melee combat, even worse than other mages. They can&#8217;t wield any weapon other than a powerful chaos blade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
